I failed my November challenge miserably. But I want to make December a good month. Actually, I absolutely need to make it a good month. Me and my body need a rest. I can’t go on like this. I need to find more moments of relaxation and start feeling more and worrying less.

do yoga before bedtime.
drink at least 2 cups of tea a day.
speak to my mother everyday for at least 10 minutes.
sleep no less than 7.5 hours a night.
finish my book on Palestine.
do at least one Christmas-y thing everyday.
eat completely vegetarian.
not get jealous, because I can be so grateful about what my life is.
